By taking over his father’s workshop in 2000 Milutin Milenković made a radical step forward. From a small workshop it is quickly moving forward. Thanks to the extraordinary knowledge of stone and sandstone sites in Bela Voda he quickly overwhelmed good stone connoisseurs and discerning buyers. Good market acceptance encourages Milutin and motivates the further modernization. The workshop is equipped with modern machines and tools.
Creative collaboration with architects leads to develop and deliver a range of important projects in the country.
Among the many families who are in Bela Voda engaged with the processing of stone an important place occupies family Milenković. The roots of the family are old, and one of the first works that mark the beginning of this workshop is dating back to 1936, founded by Ljubisav, grandfather of the present owner Milutin Milenković.
Family tradition continues and develops under Milutinććs father Živan Žića Milenković. As a self-taught carver, he built many houses, churches, monasteries, stone fences and a large number of monuments all over former Yugoslavia. Thanks to the inherited talent, Milutin started with modernization of the workshop. His son Dušan recently joined to the family business.
